Ofogh-e Koorosh Tries Evaluation and Development
Ofogh-e koorosh Chain Stores Company formed an evaluation and development center to test and promote the merit of its personnel.
Ofogh-e Koorosh public relations reports that the company's human resource staffing department took a new step in staffing the potential and effective applicants. "Forming the evaluation and development center aims at renewing the organizational structures and promoting the merits of the middle managers", noted the public relations.
The center also made an intelligence test, a MBTI (personality test) and a behavioral interview to reach the respective goal of the program, added the public relations.
Ali Mirshahi, the company's staffing unit manager pointed out that the action taken for filling some 90 job titles. The next step will be the implementation of IDP program which aims at promoting the job abilities of the applicants, he said.
"Those who are taking part in the program will enjoy the specialists' consultation to see their weak and strong points", added Mirshahi.
