Ofogh-e Koorosh hold a training seminar on systems thinking aimed at gaining key skills and more knowledge for the high ranking managers.

The company's public relations reports that the seminar managed by the training and human resource development department, hold in Tehran Simorgh Hotel, received warmly by the contributors. Professor Bijan Khorram, one of the founders of Iran Industrial Management Institute also attended the event.

Professor Khorram explained systems theory and thinking concepts, and how to learn and apply them as the systems basic principles. He pointed out the importance of institutionalizing the culture and mechanisms on the convergence and synergistic acts over the organization to achieve an ideal perspective.

The systems thinking may pave the way for an organization's managers to consider the structure, patterns and events in conjunction with each, other than observing them alone. The attitude will reduce the error analysis, and other potential errors in decision and policy making.
