The Ofofgh Koorosh Chain Stores which are currently the biggest chain stores in Iran have held a national food support programme to support the needy.

Ofogh Koorosh Chain Stores' Public Affairs Department Reports; under a plan by the Iranian government, Ofofgh Koorosh Chain Stores is holding a poverty support food programme in which; people under National Welfare and the Relief Committee of Imam Khomeini support will receive food packages.

With respect to the widespread of people included in this programme in over 421 different cities, and the fact that Ofofgh Koorosh Chain Stores are easily reached in all areas, the group of stores  was selected by the government  to execute the important food programme.

Currently Ofofgh Koorosh Chain Stores are active in all 28 provinces of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
