Ofogh-e Koorosh Co plants 1500 trees in Jajrood Forest Park.

The company's public relations reports that on the eve of the tree planting day and the natural resources week, the company planted 1500 tree stands in Jajrood Forest Park. The event took place in an area of 2.5 hectares of the park, while more than 40 persons from stores and staff have attended the event.

The trees included in different varieties of pine, silver cider, celtis australis, fraxinus excelsior, purple tree and other types which are resistant to dehydration and temperature fluctuations in the mentioned area within the regular spaces.

   This is the third consecutive year in which the company acts as an environmentalist and shows it's interest by planting many tree stands. The company also planted 500 of tree stands in the solar year 1395 and 1000 in the year after.

So far the company could cover more than 6 hectares of Tehran north east areas by donating 3000 tree stands. The environmental officers will irrigate and take care of all the trees during the required period.
