A ceremony held for the 6^th anniversary of OKCS all staff workers have been appreciated and the company's future vision has been emphasized.

Ofoq-e Koorosh public relations reports that on the eve of the company's 6^th anniversary, a ceremony hold in Eram Grand Hotel. The managing director, the deputy for chairman of the boards, members of the board of directors, deputies and central staff personnel of the company attended the event.

At the opening of the event, the managing director, Fakhrian congratulated the 6^th anniversary of his respective Co. and appreciated the staff workers' attempts in reaching the goals. Then he presented a brief report over the company's activities and achievements.

He said that the company's employee reached 12000 in the current year and it has more than 555000 customers per day. He wished to be regarded as one of the top world retail sellers by 2025 (the solar year, 1404).

Fakhrian also mentioned that competitive prices are important factor by use of which the customers may be effectively surprised and be attracted. He also stressed on the easy access of the stores as an effective tactic that fulfilled by the development of the branches.

Fakhrian talked over the issue of human capital and training the staff for getting a better outcome in the related areas. He asked the staff workers to balance their work and life and encouraged the company's program over that.

 He drew the company's organizational landscape and described the required infrastructures and said that all the world look for the better potential infrastructures' technology in the related areas.

Finally he wished for lessening the probable challenges and paving the way for satisfying the preplanned goals and objectives as effective as possible.

The high ranking official, Goodarzi who attended the ceremony also congratulated the event, described some global situations of the retail sale industry and the quality of competition by 250 retail sellers, of which 100 are not being regarded as OKCS competitors.
