The implementation of ERP system in a large company is one of the most difficult in the field of software systems and also in organizational reengineering by use of which the company will upgrade to the global level.

Ofogh-e Koorosh public relations reported that Golrang system Co managing director, dr Abbasi noted some directions over setting up ERP project in Ofogh-e Koorosh and said that the chain stores Co is one of the greatest subsets of Golrang with more than 1100 branches in the country. So for such a huge company it is required to have some safe and reliable software infrastructures.

Abbasi also pointed out that the chain stores all over the world enjoy many years of experiences and it is necessary to keep along with global standards and approaches of ERP system which has been extracted from the most prominent of the world's chain stores. This is the first time to use and implement such Microsoft Dynamics software in a broad range in Iran. The Enterprise Resource Planning namely ERP is a broad planning of the resources of an organization which affects all acting processes, he added.

Abbasi said that ERP is not only software but a new way to present an organizational culture through some work standards. He wished for the expansion of Ofogh-e Koorosh abroad, using ERP as an international language to be used among the various companies. ERP would guarantee the safe connection of the company toward other similar chain stores and firms all over the world by putting them in a global level.
