| Shipping We normally expect your order to be turned around in 2 business days. We do not hold orders unnecessarily. However 1; during the summer months when we are on the road, this may extend to 7 –10 business days, 2; if out of stock we will contact you as to an expected delivery date, when you'll have the opportunity to revise your order if necessary. The "I am of Irleand" range is handcrafted and as such require a longer lead time to make and deliver. If out of stock you'll be advised as to new delivery time.
Returns
We sell the highest quality products and if you are not fully satisfied with your merchandise you may request a refund. You may return any item within 14days for a refund or exchange. We will be happy to accept any item for return as long as it is in its original condition and packaging and is re-saleable. We will inspect the merchandise and make an exchange or refund. For non-defective items or items incorrectly ordered we charge a 15% restocking fee.
